My name is Yuendie Guridi. I grew up very involved in the world of sports and trained by the side of many great trainers and athletes for years. After finishing my college athletic career, I pursued personal training to continue my passion in health and fitness.
I believe where there is a will, there is a way. My goal is to be the guidance people need to be their happiest, healthiest, and strongest selves. I truly believe exercise is just as much for the mind, as it is the body.

Ismael Rodriguez

My name is Ismael Rodriguez.
I hold the prestigious NASM certification as well as a Bachelor Of Science In Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos, a testament to my commitment to mastering the science and art of personal training.
I specialize in weight loss, however I am a well rounded trainer who knows how to get you bigger, stronger and more agile! 
I played football all throughout high school, but I started to take weight lifting more seriously after I graduated. I know what it is like to go through an injury when I tore my hamstring in football. Thalia Rosette

Hello! My name is Thalia Rosette, and I am a certified personal trainer, accredited by NASM. My passion for health and fitness truly ignited when I entered college. My entire childhood revolved around competitive softball, which I played until I graduated high school. Once I was no longer involved in athletics, I found myself slipping into depressive episodes, and the weight started piling on. I knew I had to make a change, but I was overwhelmed by the conflicting information available online.
As a big foodie who prefers to avoid cardio, I felt hopeless. But then, I discovered strength training, and it completely transformed my life. The mental toughness, confidence, and physical changes that come with strength training are truly priceless. 
That’s why I decided to become a personal trainer—to help others who are going through the same struggles I faced. I believe that every body is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. I focus on the basics of strength training and keep nutrition simple, but I recognize that everyone has a different starting point and a different end goal. Suzette Rivas

My name is Suzette Rivas. I am a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness came after an injury resulting from not warming up during a dance rehearsal. Since then I’ve taken stretching, warm ups, injury preventatives and overall strength training seriously. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, toning, and competitions. I am a former body building competitor and have coached others to prepare for competitions. I have worked with well-known supplement companies such as 1st Phorm, which has provided me the knowledge to educate my clients on the use of supplements- if and when they should take supplements, why they should take them, as well as the effects on them.
